We allow the exchange of goods of unsuitable size or expired, by issuing an exchange process within 14 days.

However, the cost of delivery has to be borne by the customer themselves.

Drop off the goods to nearby Ninja Van / ABX Express / City-Link Express center after the exchange request is approved.

Upon receiving the goods (in 30days), the exchange will happen in 7 business days if it passes the inspection. The goods' conditions should be intact, with no damage to the original package (not open) and price label. We serve the rights of exchange based on goods conditions.

WhatsApp us your order number with the goods you plan to exchange, attached with the goods picture.

Once we approve your exchange, then you may proceed to send the goods to any Ninja Van / ABX Express / City-Link Express center.

Exchanges

However, the cost of delivery has to be borne by the customer themselves.

Drop off the goods to nearby Ninja Van / ABX Express / City-Link Express center after the return request is approved.

Upon receiving the goods (in 30days), the refund will happen in 7 business days if it passes the inspection. The goods' conditions should be intact, with no damage to the original package (not open) and price label. We serve the rights of refund based on goods conditions.
